Leadership from Bangladesh
Building people, systems and global business capability.
Founder Story
Nusrat Shova was born in 1994 in Chittagong, Bangladesh, into a middle-class family where discipline, hard work and responsibility were simply how things were done.
Her father was a service holder, and watching him showed her early how much steady work and opportunity can mean to a family.
In 2010, when she was around 16, she moved to the United States, where she continued her studies and gained experience in structured, professional business settings.
Gradually she began to think about how that experience could be put to work back home.
In 2021 she went back to Bangladesh with one clear aim: to build a company that would create jobs, develop people and serve clients overseas.
She founded Care Guide in 2022 with 2 employees.
Care Guide now has 166 employees across operations, technology, digital services and creative teams.
Care Guide grew from 2 employees to 166.
To Nusrat, that growth stands for more people learning skills, taking on responsibility and building careers in Bangladesh.

Why Bangladesh
Nusrat is convinced that people in Bangladesh can deliver high-value work for international companies, given the right training, systems and leadership.
Care Guide is built on that conviction: grow skilled teams in Bangladesh and connect them closely with clients worldwide.
The approach is straightforward — communicate clearly, follow strong processes, hold people accountable, use technology that helps, and make sure everyone understands the work they own.
Build in Bangladesh. Work with the world.
Care Guide exists to build careers at home while serving businesses abroad.
Growth Story
Care Guide began small. As it grew, Nusrat concentrated on building both the team and the systems that growth demanded.
New hires had to be trained. Teams had to know who was responsible for what. Clients expected the same quality every time. Managers needed processes they could run and keep improving.
Step by step, Care Guide moved into operations, technology, digital services, creative work and AI-supported business services.
Her own role shifted too — from getting the company off the ground to developing the leaders, systems and teams that let it run at a larger scale.
Leadership
She concentrates on building teams, sharpening operations and applying technology so Care Guide can keep growing.
Hiring well, developing people and trusting them with more responsibility.
Clear workflows, ownership and standards that still work as the company scales.
AI automation and digital tools that make the work quicker and more dependable.
Founder & CEO
Est. 2022 · Bangladesh
Care Guide is a back-office and digital technology partner based in Bangladesh. It provides healthcare and administrative support, back-office services, AI automation, DevOps, web development, SEO, digital marketing and creative services.
Leadership Philosophy
Growth is only worth it when the company gets stronger for the people who work there and the clients it serves.
Growing the business should open real career paths, stronger careers and room for people to take on more responsibility.
Lasting scale depends on process, accountability, documentation, technology and measurable standards — not on any single person.
A company grows stronger as its people step up into supervisor, manager and decision-making roles that carry it forward.
The Next Chapter
The goal now isn’t just a bigger Care Guide. It’s a better one.
Nusrat aims to tighten operations, grow more leaders, apply technology and AI where they genuinely help, and prepare teams to take on more complex work for international clients.
The priorities are consistent quality, stronger management and lasting careers for people in Bangladesh.
Grow with purpose.
Better people, better systems and better service.
